Rental Remittance:

As per your lease agreement, we require that all tenants provide us with post-dated cheques annually for their regular monthly rental payment.  The management office will send one annual invoice to the address we have on file.

Please make your cheques payable to:  Dunsmuir & Hornby Ltd.
