About Us

West Pender Property Group owns and manages a portfolio of office buildings in Downtown Vancouver.

Our focus is to deliver high quality, personalized service to our clients. We believe that office accommodation should not be a “commodity”. We strive to create a long term relationship that adapts as businesses grow and change over time.

Rather than dealing with a branch office of large national real estate firms, clients of West Pender Property Group are serviced by a locally run, efficient team of real estate professionals. Decision making is quick, changes in our clients’ needs are addressed professionally and we pride ourselves on “doing it right, the first time”.

We can accommodate client needs in one of our seven downtown office buildings and we have a long history of being able to relocate clients into more suitable premises when required to accommodate growth or change.

When we build or renovate office space to accommodate our clients, we use a team of experienced designers and contractors who are familiar with our buildings and standards.

You spend a lot of your waking hours in your office, you want the experience to be smooth and pleasant, where you are not treated as another numbered “Tenant"; we provide that.
