Our entire team is here to assist you; the following will give you some guidance as to whom you might wish to speak to on specific matters:
Contact Andy Molloy, President, when you would like to:
- Discuss your lease
- Discuss expansion or other space requirements
- Discuss assignment or subleasing of your premises
- Discuss any significant corporate changes in your company which may impact your lease
- Discuss comments or concerns about our service to you
Contact Gail Gossen, Property Manager, when you:
- Have signage requests
- Have comments, questions or problems regarding janitorial or other building services
- Have questions regarding permitted use of your premises
- Require storage or parking.
- Have changes in Tenant Floor Wardens or questions regarding the Emergency Preparedness Program
Contact Carolyn Railton, Tenant Services, when you:
- Wish to book elevators, loading bays or the Conference Facility
- Require keys or access cards (access card requests must be in writing/email)
- Have maintenance requests i.e. lights out, plugged sinks or toilets, premises too hot or too cold
- Have a service request such as borrowing a dolly or ladder or need assistance from one of our staff

- Require copies of invoices
