Emergency Planning
Our Emergency Response Program was developed and is maintained by WPS Disaster Management Solutions. The program consists of an annual virtual training session and ends with a fire drill; you can also be trained through an online portal: ePlan Advantage and mobile app: Building eVac. Each tenant in the building is required to participate in our Emergency Response Program.
Step 1: Appoint a Tenant Administrator for your office, who will maintain the online portal for your office, ensuring there are trained Tenant Floor Wardens and keeping your online profiles up to date.
Step 2: Request to set up a Tenant Administrator from the Property Manager, Mike Rushford via email mrushford@westpenderproperty.com by providing the following details of the appointed Tenant Administrator:
- Full Name:
- Tenant Name:
- Suite Number:
- Building Address:
- Email Address:
- Phone Number:
Step 3: After receiving login credentials, the Tenant Administrator can access the online portal and start assigning Tenant Floor Wardens to access the online portal.
Step 4: If you require assistance navigating around the portal, support can be requested from the Property Manager, Mike Rushford via email mrushford@westpenderproperty.com
